Buy some readymade tart shells or make your own.
Make up an egg mix of one egg to one tablespoon of cream and season with a little salt and pepper if desired. (Increase eggs and cream depending on the quantity of tarts.) Pour egg mix into a jug. Put a teaspoon of any caramelised jam (use larger amount if making larger tarts) into tart shell. Scatter fresh goat curd over the jam. Pour egg mix into tart shells to just below the top. Bake in oven at 180º for about 10 minutes.
